To change your MCW email address or phone number, follow these steps:
Step 1: Submit a Request
- Send an email to support@mcwsupport.com with the subject:
‘Request to Change Email Address/Phone Number/Both’. - Include the relevant details based on the type of change:

Note:
- For email address changes, ensure that you are sending the request from the current email address and provide a new email that is not already registered with MCW.
Step 2: Contact Customer Support
- After submitting your request, contact our 24/7 MCW Support team to initiate the change process.
Step 3: Phone Call Verification
- A phone call verification will be required. Please provide the best contact number and a suitable time for verification along with your request.
Step 4: Wait for Approval
- Once your documents are reviewed and phone call verification is completed, we will notify you through your new email address when the change is approved.
Important Notes:
- Account information can only be changed three times.
- Personal details like Username, Full Name, Date of Birth, and Card Holder cannot be changed.
