To verify your MCW account and submit withdrawal requests, you need to verify your email address, phone number, and update your date of birth. Follow the steps below:
Step 1:
- Log in to your account.
- Select “Profile” > “Personal Info.”
Step 2:
- Click the “Not verified” button next to your phone number.
- Click ‘Verify’ and an OTP code will be sent to your phone via SMS. The code will expire after 5 minutes.
- Enter the OTP code and click “Submit.”
Step 3:
- Click the “Not verified” button next to your email address.
- Click ‘Verify’ and the OTP code will be sent to your email. Check your Spam/Junk folder if you don’t receive the email.
- Enter the OTP code and click “Submit.”
Step 4:
- Update your date of birth by clicking the ‘Edit Birthday’ button.
- Enter your year, month, and day of birth, then click ‘Save.’
- Your account verification is now complete!
Note:
If you didn’t receive the verification email, check for the following:
- Your mailbox is full.
- The email was flagged as Spam/Junk.
- There was a network delay.
- You entered an incorrect email address during registration.
